About Caitlin

Caitlin holds her bachelor’s degree in photography and marketing from Parsons School of Design. Prior to joining Vaco, Caitlin was a religion teacher, a social media manager and an executive assistant. Today, she is an associate recruiter on the specialized talent delivery team. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her two kids and her husband, and they love going to the beach and getting outdoors.

What’s the secret to a great interview?

Make the interviewer laugh. I enjoy interviewing people who I can get along with on a professional and personal level – the direct line to that can be humor!

What’s the most important piece of professional/career advice you’ve ever received?

My parents have always taught me that everything always works out. It might not be what you thought originally, what you went to school for (I can attest to that), or even what you dreamt of as a kid – but it always works out as long as you keep working hard and staying focused.
