Dereck is a Director of Consulting for Vaco’s IT division. Having started his career as a Software Developer, he looks to bring his passion for technology to every interaction. With five years of Recruiting experience, Dereck helps each candidate find a position to call home. In his spare time, he enjoys working on the farm, playing with his son, and spending time with his wife.
