About Heather

Heather brings over 10 years of staffing, recruiting, and consulting experience to the Louisville, Kentucky, market. She has specialized in multiple different industries during her career and has held roles from a recruiter all the way up to an operations manager over multiple office locations. She thrives on being challenged daily and having the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone’s life.

Outside of Vaco, Heather has a house full of teenagers, an amazing husband and three spoiled pooches. She is the infamous sports mom and naturally her kid’s taxicab. You can find her enjoying the lake life, screaming at a Louisville Cardinals game (she might be a diehard fan), or having her nose in a good book.
