About Jessica 

Jessica has worn many hats during her time at Vaco, ranging from Recruiting Operations, to Office and Project Management and now Full Cycle Recruiting and Transitions. She feels like she is a better Recruiter because of her experience in all of these different roles! When she is not working,  she loves to cook for her friends and family, go hiking, reading a good book and just being in the moment – it is very easy to let your work life consume your personal life and finding the right balance is key to a Happy Life!

What do you love most about working at Vaco?

The best thing about working at Vaco is that I have the freedom and support to build out and implement new processes that make our office and operations run efficiently and smoothly. Every day we are learning something new and growing together as a team!
