Joan is passionate about the staffing industry! After a successful career in the industry for more than 25 years, Joan is thrilled to have moved to Orlando to work alongside the Vaco family.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and going to the beach.

What do you love best about working at Vaco?

Vaco can truly solve most company’s staffing challenges with the diverse expertise we bring from locations around the globe. Personally, I feel valued and respected from the top of the company to my coworkers in our local office. The company culture of giving, recognition and reward pleasantly surprises me so very often.
