Knowing when to stop talking. Be confident in your responses and answer the questions fully, but resist the urge to word vomit.
What’s the most important piece of professional/career advice you’ve ever received?
Learn how to accept a compliment. By negating a compliment, you not only dismiss your own worth, but you also send the message that the person complimenting you has no idea what they’re talking about. And if you don’t know how to respond, a small nod and simple “thank you” goes a long way.
