About Liliane

Liliane Mylott is Senior Director and Managing Partner with Vaco. She currently leads the technology division in Vaco’s Cincinnati office, striving to grow and mentor Vaco’s organization, while also acting as Vaco’s Technology Line of Business Lead for the company nationally. Liliane has been in the IT consulting and services industry for 26 years in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, and she has a passion for matchmaking top technical talent with her clients! She received her B.A. in Communications and Business from Bowling Green State University.

What characteristics and disciplines do you need to be successful in your role?

The key to being successful in this role is listening intently to clients and appropriately positioning people, process, or technology to solve a business problem.  Being very real and authentic in your approach with both clients and consultants.  Always do as you say you will and remember the devil is in the details!  Being empathetic to each and every situation as you never know what one is experiencing in that single moment in time.
