Luis is Director of Staffing at Vaco in South Florida. He has 13 years of staffing experience in the region, and was actually introduced to the staffing world when Vaco placed him in a contract role as an Appraisal Reviewer with Fiserv. He fell in love with the concept and hasn’t looked back.
Now, he’s leading a team with Vaco, where he’s heavily focused externally on client management and development, and internally with growing and developing the South Florida team. His ultimate goal is to make South Florida a top 5 market in the company within the next few years.
Luis’ daughters are his world, and in his “free” time (his youngest is 11 months old, so there isn’t much of that), he enjoys following his local sports teams and getting creative in the kitchen with his numerous gadgets.
