Melanie is a Connecticut native and graduate of the University of Connecticut. She comes to Vaco with more than 6 years of recruiting experience. Currently, she specializes in recruitment efforts for marketing and digital solutions. In her free time, Melanie enjoys crafting and watching Disney movies with her daughter!

What is the most rewarding part about your job?

They say there’s no such thing as perfect, but I love when it feels like I’ve found the “perfect” match—that is the perfect candidate for the perfect job!  We spend several weeks, months, and sometimes years getting to know our candidates and what they want from their next job or career home. Then one day, a role comes in and you say, “I know the perfect candidate for this!” It’s so rewarding to know that we are helping people find the jobs they love!
