Mike joins Vaco with three years of technical recruiting experience. He started his recruiting career with Robert Half where he broke many records and placed over 20 Systems/Network /Security Engineers within three months. Mike has a strong passion for technology and can draw on that experience in order to instantly build rapport with his candidates and colleagues. Mike’s commitment and dedication are unmatched in the South Florida market.

When Mike isn’t recruiting, he’s a full-time gamer. If it’s a video-game, chances are Mike knows about it. Outside of video games, Mike loves to scuba dive, ride motorcycles and do just about anything that can give him an adrenaline rush.
