Royce has been in both IT Recruiting and Recruitment Sales for 20 years. He really enjoys the aspect of connecting great companies with great candidates. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to live music, trying all flavors of the finest craft beers Indy has to offer, and running a waffle booth with his wife at a local farmers market during the summer.

What do you love best about working at Vaco?

I enjoy the work hard, play hard atmosphere of the company. The office is very team-oriented and not afraid to help out when need be.
