About Shanna

As a former Executive with a Fortune 500 company and business consultant, Shanna uses the skills acquired from years of recruiting, building teams, and coaching people to success in the field of sales and marketing to help people find their dream job. Outside of Vaco, she is the mother of two boys, a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and leader of a small business. She also loves indoor cycling, Pilates, cooking, sipping wine and sailing on her sailboat, Sugah, down in the Florida panhandle.

What do you love best about working at Vaco?

I love the people I work with. It makes coming into work so much fun. I tell people it’s like being on a Saturday Night live skit every day!
