Varsha is enthusiastic and fun-loving and was born and brought up in Hyderabad. Her career span is largely in HR with expertise in employee relations, employee engagement, grievance management,recruitment, people management, change management, conflict management, multi-tasking, team management, communication skills, and certified in voice and accent.

What do you love best about working at Vaco?

Being able to help others and to motivate them. Also, the work-life balance. I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job.
