What is the most rewarding part about your job?

Work-Life Balance. “I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. And as a people manager, I have the opportunity to impart the skills and knowledge to my team members and thrive together.”

What’s the most important piece of professional/career advice you’ve ever received?

“Earn their trust” – Whether it’s a client, a co-worker, a vendor or a boss, once you have earned someone’s trust, new opportunities will come your way

What is something you can do better than anyone else you know?

Being aware of my weaknesses and ensuring that I constantly work on my areas of improvement.

We know Vaco is your dream job, but if you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?

Not really a dream job as I already love what I do. But if I had to choose the one thing that I could do in a day, I would love to be a travel vlogger to enrich my personal experience – travel the world and get to experience different cultures and people’s lifestyles.
