Courtney started in the Staffing Industry as an administrative assistant and supported and worked side by side with top producing staffing managers. Within one year, Courtney was promoted to a Technical Recruiter in a start-up division for the company. As a team of two, she learned all sides of staffing, from sales to recruiting candidates in the technology field. After two years in technical recruiting and growing the team to four people, Courtney was promoted to a Business Development role within the office/administrative division. After three years in the Business Development role, she was promoted to Sr. Staffing Manager and was the top producer of a team of five. She is very excited to wear the Vaco jersey and share her experience and knowledge of staffing, but most of all to free herself to do what she loves most!
Courtney lives in Crestwood with her husband and two daughters. Her family and faith is her number one reason for her success!
