As a natural motivator and manager, Caroline is adept at designing, executing, and assessing solutions to drive sales and business results. She is now the managing director of Vaco’s accounting and finance division, in Montréal, where she continues to utilize her extensive recruitment knowledge to further grow the success of the organization.
