What is the most rewarding part about working for a recruiting agency?
It’s rewarding seeing our clients and candidates achieve success while working together. Watching them advance together and accomplish important milestones is one of the biggest perks.

What’s the most important piece of professional/career advice you’ve ever received?
I started right out of school with a competitor and had no experience. My trainer told me on the first day, “Activity cures everything in this industry.” This means that how hard I work directly impacts my success.
