NASHVILLE, Tenn. and SEATTLE – Feb. 25, 2021 – Vaco, a talent and solutions firm that provides consulting, contract and direct hire solutions to more than 40 markets around the globe, has expanded its Seattle finance and accounting teams.
Based on demand in the Seattle market, the firm added four team members to provide extensive resources for clients as they navigate this new normal:
Sara Mendoza has been named director of finance and accounting staffing solutions, and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, funding, asset management and insurance. Her expertise spans across a variety of industries including technology, biotech, pharmaceutical, software, manufacturing and financial services.
Teresa Simpson will serve as senior financial recruiter, bringing more than eight years of recruiting experience in finance, accounting, tax, audit, SEC reporting and aerospace services. She is also involved with the Washington state affiliate of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Arioc Banda brings diverse expertise in finance, accounting, and financial services, and will serve as an associate recruiter in accounting operations. Banda also has extensive recruiting and staffing experience in the aerospace manufacturing and maintenance industry.
Ana Linares will join the team as an accounting recruiter with previous customer relationship, hospitality, and recruiting experience. Linares will work alongside the team to source, screen, and engage candidates in new roles.
