SIA awards celebrate top industry leaders according to workforce engagement surveys

The awards are given annually by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, and recognize employers in key engagement categories including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.

With a record level 450 firms participating in this year’s program, SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For surveys internal employees at each firm, with a minimal level of participation required to achieve statistically sound results. Winners are chosen based solely on survey results, and firms are ranked in each category according to their overall score.
