HARTFORD, Conn. – July 13, 2022 – Vaco, a global talent solutions firm, has named Mike Silvestri director of executive recruiting in its Shelton, Connecticut office.
Silvestri joins Vaco after successfully starting his own staffing and recruiting business, Silvestri Staffing, which has been acquired by Vaco’s Connecticut office. The office specializes in finance, accounting, technology, and operations across various industries, serving clients and candidates with a full spectrum of talent solutions that include consulting, project resources, executive search, direct hire and strategic staffing.
“Mike is a seasoned veteran of the talent solutions and recruiting industry,” said Lauren Becker, managing partner of Vaco’s Connecticut practice. “He brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. His deep level of caring and appreciation for the hiring process make him an excellent cultural match for the practice we are growing here in Connecticut.”
