TAMPA, Fla. – June 7, 2022 – Vaco, a global talent solutions firm, has promoted Kimberly Wacaser to co-managing partner in its Tampa, Florida office as the firm continues its rapid growth across the state. She will serve alongside tenured leader Bradley Hewett, who has served as a managing partner for more than 15 years.
The Tampa office serves clients and candidates with a full spectrum of solutions that include consulting, executive search, direct hire, managed services and strategic staffing. Key service areas include accounting and finance, technology and operations.
Wacaser, who joined Vaco in 2012, has nearly 12 years of consulting, recruiting and accounting leadership experience, and she has helped build a thriving team in the Tampa market. She previously served as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Wacaser received a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and a master’s degree in accounting from Stetson University.
Hewett, who joined Vaco as a director of direct hire for accounting and finance in 2003 and opened the Tampa office in 2005, has been instrumental in the expansion and growth of Vaco. He has nearly 30 years of leadership experience in consulting and recruiting for accounting and finance and health care. He received a bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama.
Both market leaders will oversee Vaco’s performance, service expansion, and growth in Tampa, driving operational excellence and fueling future success. Wacaser will specifically guide the firm’s accounting and finance consulting and direct hire practice.
