What do you love best about working at Vaco?
Consistent, loyal support, and the opportunity to build a team that treats clients and candidates with respect.
Why offer Agile services? Adopting Agile is increasingly part of the conversation with every one of our clients. Essentially, there was a groundswell of need for expertise. Internally, we knew we had access to the people in the space who were top tier.
Why Jim, Mary and Kim? The reputations of Jim, Mary and Kim preceded everything: when an individual’s reputation is stellar, and every single person you speak with validates it, that goes well beyond reputation and becomes legacy.
What are you most excited about with this new offering? Externally, I am most excited about the potential for impact, not making the sale and closing the deal, but true impact for our clients. Internally, our team is so much fun to work with, due in large part to how they truly practice the Agile process: The Agile free flow of ideas, their willingness to be transparent, to always tell and deal with the truth and their unflinching desire to always move the needle.
