Joseph is Vaco’s QA practice manager, driven to achieve an innovative, analytics-oriented and transparent culture that is supported by a mindset of continuous improvement for both the individual and the organization to achieve superior customer value.

He has 30 years of experience ensuring successful software releases of large integrated systems. Joe has also been responsible for functional testing, test automation, and performance testing, carrying 19 years of software quality leadership experience in legal research, financial services, and front/back office systems.

Joe is skilled in transforming large organizations through the implementation of best practices, quality metrics, test automation and acquisition/development of high-performance leaders and individual contributors.
