What’s the secret to a great interview?
Be prepared, on time, understand the background of the company and people interviewing you, and be yourself. You’re not expected to know everything and it’s best to be honest when you don’t have an answer to a question. I have noticed that employers prefer a sincere answer rather than when someone tries to wing it. And finally, show genuine interest and ask thoughtful questions.
