What is the most rewarding part about working for a recruiting agency?
The most rewarding part about working for a recruiting agency is twofold. I get to really dig in deep to what a candidate is looking for in their dream job and get to find it for them. I also get to help my clients find the perfect person to join their team.

What is the secret to a great interview?
I feel like the secret to a great interview is simple. Just be yourself. There is no reason to pretend to be someone that you aren’t. It is a waste of your own time and the time of the person that is interviewing you. Be humbly confident and let your personality shine.
What do you think is unique about the culture at Vaco compared to other staffing agencies?
The culture at Vaco is what makes it such a special place. We are allowed to run our business the way that makes it most beneficial to ourselves, our clients, and our candidates. We hire people that want to be in this business for a career and invest in each of our employees to allow that. We are a family.
What is one thing you enjoyed learning since joining Vaco?
To pick one thing is very hard considering I have been with Vaco for over 15 years. The main thing that comes to mind is that I work with some incredibly talented and driven individuals who all bring something to the table. I try to take at least one thing from each of them and learn something new every day.
We know that Vaco is your dream job, but if you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?
I would love to be trailing Tiger Woods on the back nine at Augusta on Sunday at The Masters and beat him. I guess I’ll have to stick to Technology Staffing 😊.
