Having been in the Nashville market specializing in accounting and finance for the past 20+ years, Jennie utilizes her extensive network to identify passive candidates to find the perfect match for both clients and candidates. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether that be with one or more of her 5 children, her first grandbaby, or her parents and brothers and sisters. There may be some hiking, then possibly some wine involved on their weekends at the lake!

Don’t take rejection personally. Be persistent. Have empathy.

Be ready for some healthy competition and enjoy networking.

If you don’t love it, don’t do it.

We are truly a “family”. Vaco is my family away from home.
