Ida graduated from Capella University and received her MBA specializing in Human Resources Management. Ida was drawn to her career path because she loves helping people and spreading cheer with her bubbly personality.

In Ida’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, cooking, and watching football (Geaux Saints).
