Last summer, she interned at a recruiting agency and upon the internship’s end, Fallon knew she wanted to continue her career in the industry. Currently, Fallon is a Talent Analyst and helps her team find top talent for their clients.
In her free time, she likes going to the beach, hiking and traveling.
