About RJ

RJ graduated from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University as a student athlete, with his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. RJ takes pride in building lifelong relationships and works on both business development and recruiting around the Sarasota/Tampa market. To him, providing corporations with top tier talent and going the extra mile to help entrepreneurs find their next career home is what’s most important.

Outside of work, RJ loves spending quality time with family, exercising, and soaking up the sun!

To me, what I love best about working at Vaco is giving entrepreneurs and corporations the chance to strengthen, revamp and reconstruct their team/search in a very passionate way.
