About Rula

Rula is a self-described “people person” and thrives on connecting others. She is an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and relationship builder. She believes in putting people first and gaining a strong understanding of client objectives and individual candidate needs in order to create winning teams.

Rula holds a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto. Prior to Vaco, Rula worked in the pharmaceutical industry.
