About Lauren

I have been a proud member of the Vaco Nation since March of 2009 and what an amazing ride it has been. As Director of the Global Solutions Operations and Delivery team, I have had the pleasure of building a first in class delivery model for large enterprise clients including those who partner with MSP/VMS programs. From an operations standpoint, our group drives program compliance, engagement of local offices, and builds strong client relationships ensuring top performance and client growth. On the delivery side, our recruiting team places candidates across geographies and scope providing top talent not only for our core lines of business but for special recruiting projects as well. One of the things I have loved most about my role has been the opportunity to work with so many Vaco offices and people across the nation. I have made lifelong friendships, and I have and continue to learn so much from these fine players every day. Here’s to the next ten years, the best is yet to come.
