Vaco Hires 14-year Industry Veteran to Lead Finance & Accounting Consulting Practice in Dallas

Dallas, TX – Vaco, a premier global talent and solutions firm with more than 38 offices internationally, announced today new leadership in its Dallas office over the firm’s accounting and finance consulting practice.

Alicia Seaton will be joining the Vaco Dallas team as Practice Leader, Consulting Services, where she and her team will provide on-demand, urgent consulting and interim solutions for mid-sized to large corporations.

With more than 14 years of industry experience, Seaton previously worked as a director for a Big 4 public accounting firm. Through her work, Seaton has led both domestic and international engagements to develop and implement process improvement capabilities and sustainable compliance programs.

Seaton is active in defining and creating methodology as well as training guidance for Risk Consulting, including both firm focused curriculum and contributing to the New York Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Manual: IPO Readiness.
