Vaco named ‘Best Places to Work’ by Nashville Business Journal

NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 17, 2020 – Vaco Nashville, a talent and solutions firm that provides consulting, contract and direct-hire solutions, has been named a 2020 Best Places to Work. This annual award is given by Nashville Business Journal (NBJ). NBJ’s Best Places to Work Awards recognizes companies in Middle Tennessee that strive to maintain a work-life balance, have fun, and have a great team mentality.

“We are thrilled to be an honoree of this year’s Best Places to Work award,” said Kyle Allen, Managing Partner of Vaco Nashville. “Vaco was created to be a place where employees would be free to reach their full potential while having fun along the way, and we are grateful that our team continues to live out that philosophy after 18 years.”

Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The employee survey measures 10 key engagement categories, including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders and manager effectiveness. Responses from each question of each completed survey are compiled and evaluated. Companies are ranked and winners are chosen in each size category by their composite score.
