The Black Employees Action Members (BEAM) ERG enriches the Black experience continuously with proactiveness, candid conversations, mentorship, internal and external initiatives, and a platform for Black and Allied voices to impact Highspring’s culture.
About the logo: BEAM’s logo is of the “Wawa Aba” Adinkra symbol – A West African symbol which translates to “seed of the wawa tree”. This seed is known for its hardness, thus representing someone who is tough, strong, and always perseveres.
