BEAM

The Black Employees Action Members (BEAM) ERG enriches the Black experience continuously with proactiveness, candid conversations, mentorship, internal and external initiatives, and a platform for Black and Allied voices to impact Highspring’s culture.

About the logo: BEAM’s logo is of the “Wawa Aba” Adinkra symbol – A West African symbol which translates to “seed of the wawa tree”. This seed is known for its hardness, thus representing someone who is tough, strong, and always perseveres.

ECO

The Environmental Community Outreach (ECO) ERG aims to enhance our organization’s environmental awareness, align sustainability efforts with market opportunities, reinforce environmental brand leadership, and support eco-friendly initiatives within our organization. By elevating environmental literacy, promoting educational activities, and amplifying business development strategies, we will empower group members to become champions of sustainability. The ERG’s core actions are designed to inspire, educate, and engage employees while driving positive environmental outcomes.

The Spoonies mission is to represent the interests of people with disabilities and their caregivers and family members and to foster awareness around disabilities and the abilities of those individuals. Working Mothers Collective

The mission of the Working Mothers Collective is to foster a deeper community that supports, empowers, and encourages its members and allies through corporate sponsorship, internal and external mentorship, as well as mental health and well-being initiatives.
