Our office is one of 26 offices across the country but unlike national firms where equity is held by a very few people, each office in the Vaco Nation  is its own LLC.  That means the majority of our office is owned by our local team and several of us are invested in other offices across the Nation as well.  This is our place - we aren't going anywhere.
