Jim Dimovski

Managing Partner

Jim is Managing Partner at Vaco. He has over 27 years of professional experience, 20 of which have been in progressive sales and leadership roles within the recruitment and staffing industry. Jim has a rich background, having worked at esteemed organizations like Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric and United Parcel Service. He also has experience with a global recruitment and risk consulting firm. 

His career has been marked by a steady progression, taking on leadership and operational responsibilities, notably in implementing performance-based systems and processes. Jim is exceptional at drafting and introducing effective ways to measure performance and at optimizing sales workflows. He’s played a key role in the development of Vaco’s career progression program, including aiding in talent attraction and retention efforts. For CPA Ontario, Jim was responsible for overseeing the Internationally Educated Professionals (IEP) Center as part of their Professional Development Institute. 

Jim’s influence is also international. In 2017, he led Vaco’s first foray into the Canadian market. His involvement with various offices in the United States showcases his ability to rally, organize and lead businesses across North America.

Kevin Jeewan, CPA

Managing Partner

Kevin Jeewan is Managing Partner of Vaco in Canada (formerly Vaco Lannick). In this role, he oversees the Toronto and Calgary offices, and leads delivery teams providing talent solutions, consulting and managed services.  

Kevin has a distinctive background with 30 years of experience in the accounting, finance, sales and recruitment industries. Prior to Vaco, Kevin served at Dyson, where he contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success across various leadership positions, including Director of Finance & Logistics and Director of National Accounts. He has held financial roles at two of the Big Four accounting firms, in addition to his experience at an international recruitment firm and large media organization.  

Kevin is an advocate of people-centric leadership and has built his career on the premise of leading by example. He takes great pride in understanding his team and their needs, and guiding them to reach their full potential. Kevin’s success in Canada is the result of his innovative and entrepreneurial approach, creating an environment that focuses on identifying opportunities and cultivating strong customer relationships. Under Kevin’s leadership, the Toronto office has experienced exponential growth, leading to Vaco’s recent expansion into Calgary.  

Kevin has earned accounting designations from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in England. He is a board member of Springboard Services, a Toronto organization that supports at-risk individuals through community justice, employment and developmental disability services. Kevin is a member of Springboard’s audit, finance and fund development committees.
