Once you choose your top 1-3 candidates from Vaco’s vetted options, Vaco will provide the option to host a virtual or in-person interview for you to meet all candidates in a round-robin format. This approach speeds up the interview process and takes the work of scheduling, organizing, and preparing for separate interviews off your internal team's plate.

Vaco’s team will first meet with you to better understand your organization, the structure of your individual teams, and your hiring needs so we know exactly what you need to grow your company. We will then submit qualified candidates for review, and Vaco’s team can schedule hosted interviews with the top candidates from your pool.
