This presentation will examine the hottest wage and hour issues of the day that continue to catch employers off guard.  The presentation will discuss how best to navigate the issues and provide tips on best practices for compliance with various wage and hour laws.

  • Common wage and hour mistakes employers make and how to avoid them
  • Best practices for maintaining appropriate systems to demonstrate compliance

How to earn your credit:

  • Participants of the live broadcast are eligible to receive 1 CPE credit in Personnel/HR or 1 PDC credit in HR Expertise; Employee & Labor Relations. You will need to attend for 50+ minutes and answer 3+ polling questions for CPE credits, or you will need to attend for 60+ minutes and answer 3+ polling questions for PDC credits.
