About Aaron

After graduating from Michigan State University in 2019 with a degree in advertising, Aaron found himself at a crossroads in terms of where he wanted to go with his professional career. After landing his first “real job” with a staffing agency, he found he had a passion for a profession where his interpersonal communication skills could be fully utilized in a role that makes a direct impact on someone’s career.

Aaron’s role at Vaco is his third in a recruiting setting that is tailored to Accounting and Finance professionals. When it comes to knowing the ins and outs of the industry and what clients need to succeed, he’s your guy.

In his free time, Aaron likes getting outside to enjoy all the awesome things Michigan has to offer; from golf and softball to snowboarding and biking, anything that takes him out and about is what he loves to do!

What’s the most important piece of professional/career advice you’ve ever received?
