About Amy
Amy Hann Walker co-founded BVOH Search & Consulting in 2004, which was acquired by Vaco in 2022, where she now leverages her long-term relationships with finance leaders at companies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. She advises clients on securing top talent for permanent positions and helps to efficiently onboard consultants for short-term and project-based needs. Amy’s greatest joy in her work is guiding candidates, supporting clients and fostering growth within her team.
Prior to starting BVOH, Amy spent two years within the audit practice of EY and three years working for a national recruitment firm. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University.
Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with her husband, their two children and her new puppy, Poppy. She also enjoys cooking, hiking, skiing and traveling with her family, and she is passionate about supporting non-profits within her community.
