As an Associate Recruiter with Vaco, I think there are many rewarding parts of the position but being able to help people find their next career path would have to be at the top of the list. It is seemingly easy to find someone a ‘job’ but to listen to what our consultants enjoy, what they’re good at and what they have experience with and to take those things to find the perfect position isn’t always easy, but when you successfully find that role, it is so rewarding. We’re helping people in some of the most trying time of their lives, it makes being passionate so easy. I found a love for recruiting a few years ago when I was helping with the hiring process at a previous company and realized how much I enjoyed it, that is when I went on my search to find a position where I could make this my full-time job.

What do you love best about working at Vaco?

I couldn’t be prouder to wear the jersey and to work alongside so many incredible people!
