Be prepared to roll with the punches because the lows will be low, but the highs are a good time.

Tell us more about your professional background. What led you to pursue a career at a recruitment company?

I grew up very independent and self-reliant on my own income at a young age. Matching that hunger with a hospitable personality really helped me find a good match that feeds off of my strengths.

What’s the most important piece of professional/career advice you’ve ever received?

It’s okay if you made the wrong turn into a bad job or a bad career. Everyone deserves a mess up; that’s where you ugly cry, make moves for yourself, learn from your experience, and move on.
