About Kelli

Kelli joined Vaco’s Orange County strategic staffing team, shortly after the office opened in 2005, to help companies grow their HR, admin, and operations teams with top talent. Originally from Orange County, Kelli has a unique perspective and understanding of the companies, their needs, the market, and talent, and a personal drive to be part of the community’s growth.

As partner of the firm, Kelli strives to make the hiring process as easy as possible for clients and candidates. She prides herself on ensuring clients and candidates have a positive experience, feel well taken care of and heard, and that their best interest is always top of mind. She goes above and beyond to foster genuine relationships by being approachable and relatable.

Outside of the office, Kelli stays busy as a wife and mama. She’s usually chasing her son around the house or enjoying family vacations. She also loves soaking up the California sunshine and being outdoors.
