Kristen joined BVOH Search & Consulting in 2017, which was then acquired by Vaco in 2022. Prior to which, Kristin spent 11 years in the translation services industry where she held roles in vendor management, recruiting and account management. With a focus on nurturing incredible relationships with finance professionals throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Kristen earns the trust and credibility of her clients and candidates by putting herself in their shoes and connecting on a personal level in every interaction.
