Sean brings 10 years of technical sales and recruitment experience, touching all areas from CIO/CTO retained search, to scalable staff-augmentation for Fortune 500’s and custom talent solutions in-between. After years of playing collegiate golf and professional instruction, he took his passion for helping others on the golf course to helping to build companies and careers. Originally from the Boston Massachusetts area, he hung up the winter clothing for North Carolina where he has had roots since 2004, but still will take on the annual ski trip!
Prior to Vaco, Sean spent eight years with a boutique talent solutions firm in Charlotte, he was a key player in scaling the company year over year, tripling the organization in size during his tenure. He led teams of technical recruiters and sales professionals along with building the company’s first SOW/Consulting arm.
Sean can be described as energetic,
collaborative and highly creative. He uses these skills, much like the whole
Vaco Agile team, knowing that not every company is the same. Listening and
adaptability are keys to building lasting relationships and partnerships.
