Mallory is responsible for building and leading Vaco’s San Diego Staffing division (talent acquisition in the areas of administrative, clerical, operations, customer service, and human resources). She takes pride in positively impacting people’s lives, which attracted her to Vaco’s culture and business model.
Prior to joining Vaco in 2012, Mallory was an Account Executive at the San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ) where she managed advertising sales to local companies in a variety of industries. Her time at SDBJ allowed her to gain an understanding of the San Diego business environment and build a network of local professionals. In her eight years of recruiting and staffing experience, Mallory has built and maintained a strong network of clients and professionals due to her relationship-focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality service. She is dedicated to understanding the needs of her clients and to addressing them with a sense of urgency. Mallory graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
