Melissa Phillippi joins Vaco Holdings as VP of Organizational Development and Talent Management
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – (APR 20, 2023) – Vaco Holdings, a global professional services firm, has added HR tech founder, innovator and thought leader, Melissa Phillippi, to the People Team as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Talent Management.
In this newly created role, Melissa’s primary focus will be developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee performance. Based out of Raleigh, Melissa will also be overseeing Vaco Holdings’ talent management and career progression programs, succession planning and performance management.
Prior to joining Vaco Holdings, Melissa co-founded and served as the CEO of WorkDove, an industry-leading performance and talent management platform. Melissa led the sales and operations teams and oversaw the implementation of the employee performance management system, serving as both an advisor and performance coach to clients.
