The firm named Troy Woolery, a 15-year veteran in corporate and digital leadership, director of the new digital practice to guide Vaco’s future expansion in the area.
The digital practice will focus on four key verticals in the marketplace to upscale organization’s marketing efforts:
- User experience leadership – a team of top executives who have served some of the nation’s leading digital companies will ensure end-to-end delivery to clients worldwide.
- Content marketing – strategic support + marketing expertise optimizes UX across digital platforms.
- Product management – consultants help navigate digital campaigns powered by industry leading best practices to attain success in the marketplace.
- Accessibility – this vertical is leveraged by proven industry experience that ensures all digital technologies are delivered in compliance with web content guidelines.

The new practice bolster’s Vaco’s growing technology division and positions the firm to better serve clients and candidates with a full spectrum of talent and solutions that include consulting, executive search, permanent placement, managed services and strategic staffing.

Woolery has more than a decade of digital technology leadership, and previously served as a MarTech capabilities and UX/UI lead at Proctor & Gamble, where he helped lead that division to continued growth. He was also a senior UX consultant at Kroger. Woolery brings agency expertise and has served as associate director of UX at Grey Group, a leading advertising and marketing firm based in New York. He began his career as a graphic designer and creative director and is an adjunct professor of user experience design at Miami University.
