When tasked with a complex migration of thousands of devices under a tight timeline, their internal IT resources were stretched thin. The client’s core challenge revolved around migrating 4300 iPads to new mobile device management (MDM) software across all retail locations within just two months. Each migration required a hands-on process where employees at each store needed direct guidance.
